Komaki Electric Vehicle Division has made a new addition to their line-up of electric scooters with the launch of the Komaki LY Pro in India.

This latest EV from Komaki is equipped with a unique dual battery setup that can be charged fully in just five hours. The scooter is loaded with modern features such as LED lighting, a TFT display, cruise control, reverse park assist, and more. Komaki claims that the LY Pro model excels in quality, performance, design, safety, and reliability, making it a well-rounded package for EV enthusiasts.
The Komaki LY Pro electric scooter is available in two variants in India. The double battery variant is priced at Rs 1,29,500 (ex-showroom) while the single battery variant costs Rs 95,866 (ex-showroom).
The scooter will be available in three attractive colour options – Cherry Red, Black, and Grey. The final price may vary depending on the state taxes and subsidies. With this pricing, the Komaki LY Pro electric scooter will compete with popular EVs like TVS iQube, Ather 450X, Ola S1, and Bajaj Chetak.
The Komaki LY Pro electric scooter boasts a powerful 3kW hub motor with 38 AMP controllers, and it derives its power from two removable G2V32AH batteries. The batteries can be charged using a dual connector and can be fully charged in just five hours.
The scooter’s single battery model offers a range of 80km to 85km while the dual battery variant can provide an impressive range of 160km to 180km.
The Komaki LY Pro electric scooter comes with three different riding modes – Eco, Sports, and Turbo. It can reach a top speed of 62kmph, but this can be reduced to 58kmph in Eco mode. The scooter also features reverse mode and cruise control, making it a convenient option for daily commuting. The scooter is equipped with anti-skid technology and 12-inch wheels to ensure a safe and comfortable ride.
The Komaki LY Pro electric scooter is equipped with a connected vehicle platform that allows onboard navigation, Bluetooth, sound system, calling options, and ready-to-ride features.
The controls can be accessed using the TFT display. The scooter also features LED lighting, alloy wheels, telescopic front suspension, dual disc brakes, and a remote key.
