The ASUS ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate are set to be released in several markets, including the US, China, Taiwan, and India, on April 13.
Earlier this month, the devices were seen in the database of the 3C certification body of China with model numbers ASUS_AI2205_A and ASUS_AI2205_B. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the detailed specifications of the vanilla model.

The ASUS ROG Phone 7 is rumored to feature a massive 6.78-inch E4 AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device is also expected to come equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, as revealed by its recent Geekbench appearance. The leak claims that the device will come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0, similar to other SD8G2 flagship phones. The Geekbench test showed the device with 16 GB of RAM.
The ROG Phone 7 series will run on Android 13 OS and ROG UI. The base model will feature a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a 50-megapixel primary camera, along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel camera. Recent leaks suggest that it will have a Sony IMX766 primary camera.
The ROG Phone 7 will have a 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging capabilities. It will also feature an IP54-rated dustproof and waterproof chassis that weighs under 240 grams. According to the tipster, the base model of the ROG Phone 7 could be priced at 3,999 Yuan (~$580).
It is speculated that this time around, the ROG Phone 7 series will have only two devices, meaning there will not be a device named the ROG Phone 7 Pro. Gamers and tech enthusiasts alike are eagerly anticipating the release of these devices and are excited to see how they perform in the market.
